Find your way around the calendar view, the appointments list, and calendar settings, and spot the five calendar types.
Where it lives
The three main areas
Click Search at the top of your screen, type Calendars and open it. You can also find it in your menu, but menus can be renamed, so search is the sure way. It splits into three areas.
Your wall calendar for the whole team
A grid that shows every booking. Switch between day, week, and month, and hover over any appointment to peek at the type, title, and times.
Day shows who is busy right now
Month shows how full the future looks
Filters narrow it by users, calendars, and groups
Every booking in a list
One booking per row. This is the fastest way to answer a customer who asks, did my booking go through?
Search to find one person's booking
Better than scrolling a grid
The control room
Sub-tabs across the top hold the building blocks: Calendars, Groups, Services, Rentals, Preferences, Connections, and Availability.
Calendars holds each booking calendar you build
Connections links outside calendars like Google
Most of your work happens in the Calendars sub-tab
Why it matters
What online booking gives you

π
Sales and discovery calls
Prospects pick a time that works for them. No back-and-forth messages.
π
Classes and demos
Many people can join one session without you counting seats by hand.
π
Support sessions
Customers book help on their own and get a reminder automatically.

π Plan my calendar tour
You are a scheduling software trainer helping me get comfortable with the calendar area of my software.
My context:
- [my business and what I sell]
- [how many people share my account]
- [the kinds of calls or sessions I want booked]
Give me:
- A short checklist for touring the calendar view, appointments list, and settings
- Three filter views I should try first
- A list of questions to note down about what I see
Use plain words and keep it under 250 words.
Finish by asking me: "Which part of the calendar area feels most confusing right now?"
ποΈ Map my booking needs
You are a organized operations helper helping me list what I want to book online instead of by phone.
My context:
- [my business]
- [the calls, classes, or sessions I offer]
- [who books them: customers, leads, or students]
Give me:
- A list of my booking situations in plain language
- Which ones are one-on-one and which are group
- A short note on which settings tab I will likely need for each
Keep it simple and do not suggest any strategy, only what to set up.
Finish by asking me: "Which of these do I get asked about most often?"
You now know where everything lives, and that is half the battle. Go click around for two minutes, then come back for the five calendar types.
